Terms and Conditions

The Queen Yachts — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Queen Yachts’ services and facilities. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Bookings

1.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment as specified.

1.2 Payment

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the rental period.

1.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellations 14 days or more prior to the rental date: 50% of the payment will be refunded, excluding applicable taxes.

  • Cancellations 7 days or more prior to the rental date: 30% of the payment will be refunded, excluding applicable taxes.

  • Cancellations 72 hours or less prior to the rental date: No refund will be issued.

  • Rescheduling is possible only two weeks or more in advance, and only due to weather conditions or unforeseen operational circumstances as determined by The Queen Yachts.

2. Use of Services

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 General Rules and Safety

  1. Taking into account UAE laws and safety measures, please do not touch the main or navigation systems of the yacht.

  2. Pets are not allowed on board.

  3. All guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled booking time.

  4. Children below 6 years old or anyone unable to swim must wear a life jacket at all times.

  5. The safety of all passengers is the sole responsibility of the renter. The Queen Yachts and the yacht owner bear no liability for accidents, injuries, or incidents caused by passengers or guests.

  6. Please use designated trash bins for waste disposal.

  7. Jumping from the yacht while moving or at the marina is strictly prohibited.

  8. Any delay in arrival will shorten the trip duration. Extra time cannot be extended beyond the reserved slot.

  9. Trips may be rescheduled by The Queen Yachts only in case of unfavorable weather conditions or technical issues affecting safety or operation.

3. Damage and Responsibility

  1. Any damage to furniture, tools, equipment, or the body of the yacht caused by the tenant or guests will be charged to the renter, based on repair or replacement value.

  2. If damage results from misuse or negligence, the renter will be obligated to cover the full cost.

  3. In case of sinking of the yacht due to harmful acts or negligence by the renter, the renter must compensate the owner for the loss.

  4. Confirming the exact number of passengers at the time of booking is mandatory. Additional guests may result in extra charges.

4. Fines and Prohibited Acts

Violations of onboard policies will result in fines as follows:

Violation Fine (AED)
Disposal of waste in sink or toilet 1000
Party poppers or spray products on board 1000
Smoking indoors 1000
Shisha or charcoal use 2000
Shoes or wet clothes indoors or on furniture 1000

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Queen Yachts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your use of our services.

5.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Queen Yachts, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your actions, negligence, or misuse of the yacht.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

7. Amendments

The Queen Yachts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our official website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
